Keynote Speaker: Bob Starninisky
Join us for the opportunity to hear from Bob Starninsky at our January Luncheon.
Bob's presentation will discuss how business process improvements can have a transformational effect on ANY business or non-profit organization. Bob will show that any organization that works to continuously improve it's processes can create new opportunities and/or enhance its' operating cash flows and profit margins. Every organization, regardless of size or industry, has its own unique processes and systems in place.
Attendees will discover strategies for improving their organization's finances and resource utilization by optimizing their businesses processes to realize better throughput, better customer service, reduced inventories, enhanced capital utilization, and higher return on investment.
Biography on Bob Starninsky
Bob Starninsky is a twice-published author, former business educator and an occasional public speaker with over forty years of wide-ranging business experience, including stints in financial services, manufacturing and distribution, professional services and the trades.
Bob has earned an Associates degree in Marketing and Merchandising (Wilbur Wright College), an undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior and Personnel (Northwestern University), an MBA degree in Finance (Dominican University) and a Masters degree in Accounting (DePaul University).
Bob has earned the Certified Computing Professional (CCP) designation from the Institute for the Certification of Computing Professionals (ICCP) and has earned the designation of Accredited Small Business Consultant (ASBC) from the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants (AASBC®).
Bob currently provides freelance consulting services and interim CFO services to small and middle market companies and to non-profit organizations in the metropolitan Chicago market.
