Hedd Mutt Foundation, NFP is a Chicagoland 501(c)3 foster based rescue that was founded in 2016. We focus on neglected animals, while striving to educate the public about humane treatment of animals.
Our Mission
Hedd Mutt provides sanctuary to abused, neglected and abandoned animals while searching for their forever homes. Offer assistance to anyone seeking support to ensure their animal’s safety and well-being while working to keep families together. Our purpose is to serve animals who are the victims of abuse, to educate the public about the humane care and treatment of animals, inform the public on the benefits of adopting senior pets and their care, provide assistance to military families to keep their pets, and providing support with animal care for domestic violence victims.
