About Us

The Joliet Recruiting Station of the Illinois Army National Guard serves the City of Joliet and the surrounding communities by informing area residents about the benefits of part time service with the Illinois Army National Guard. We have five recruiters at the Joliet Station assigned to Joliet as well as Plainfield, Minooka, Shorewood, Crest Hill, Romeoville and additional areas throughout Will County. It is our interest to join the Chamber of Commerce in order to form a stronger bond with the Communities we serve. We are a part time organization who's members serve one weekend a month and two weeks in the summer and receive a plethora of benefits in return, to include 100% college tuition to any state funded school, low cost health and life insurance, 401K type retirement benefits and the pride in serving their community. We live here, work here and serve here.
